At becaus., each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care. We currently do not offer refunds.

Returns & Exchanges Are Accepted Only If:

  1. You received an incorrect item.
  2. The item arrived damaged.
  3. There is a manufacturing defect.
  4. You wish to exchange for a different size.

Items Must Be:

  1. Unused and unworn.
  2. With original tags intact
  3. Packed in the original bag
  4. Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  1. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. We’ll assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
  3. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Important Guidelines

  1. Exchange Window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Return/Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs. We will arrange the return pickup at your convenience.
  3. Our Fault: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, becaus. will bear the return shipping cost.

  5. Uninformed Returns: Items sent without prior notice will not be accepted.
