Returns & Exchanges Are Accepted Only If:
- You received an incorrect item.
- The item arrived damaged.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- You wish to exchange for a different size.
Items Must Be:
- Unused and unworn.
- With original tags intact
- Packed in the original bag
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We’ll assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
- Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

- Exchange Window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Return/Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs. We will arrange the return pickup at your convenience.
