At becaus., every piece is handcrafted with care and ships only after passing our quality check. We want your experience with us to be as considered as the craft itself.

Our Policy

We offer exchanges. We do not offer returns or refunds.

When Are You Eligible for an Exchange?

We accept exchange requests in the following cases only:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong size

To initiate an exchange, email us at becaus16.10@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item. You can also reach us at +91 6376035149.

Please reach out within 3–4 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be considered.

Conditions for Exchange

For your exchange request to be accepted, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • With original tags intact
  • Packed in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be processed.

Shipping Costs

For size exchanges — shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For damaged or defective pieces — we cover the shipping entirely.

Exchange Timeline

Once your exchange request is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for the process to be completed. You will be notified at each stage via WhatsApp or email.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for exchange. In the rare case of a damaged or defective sale item, please contact our support team and we will assess it individually.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

No resolution will be offered if:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at the time of placing the order
  • There were 3 or more failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner
  • The package was refused by the recipient

Given the handcrafted nature of our products, every exchange request is handled individually and on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to provide a resolution as we deem appropriate, in the interest of both the customer and the integrity of the craft.
