Pricing

In the event of a pricing error due to human or system error, the amount reflected in our system at the time of checkout shall be deemed final. For international orders, prices may vary on account of exchange rate fluctuations and currency volatility. Prices shown on the website do not include international shipping, customs duties, or local taxes applicable in the destination country.
3. Placing an Order

Our registered trademark is an asset of significant commercial and reputational value. Any infringement, passing off, or unauthorised use of our trademark will be treated with utmost seriousness and may result in civil action for injunction, damages, and recovery of costs, as well as criminal proceedings under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Indian Penal Code, as applicable.
Nothing on this website shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any licence or right to use our registered trademark without our express written consent in each instance.

– We endeavour to ship international orders promptly. However, we cannot be held liable for delays arising from country-specific shipping restrictions, customs clearance, or factors outside our control.
– By placing an international order, you confirm that you have obtained any necessary local authorisations or permits required to receive the products in your country. Becaus. shall not be responsible for any non-compliance with local laws of the destination territory.
Regardless of the customer’s location, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India, as stated in Clause 16.
